CD-Text Manager and CD-Text Player now have a new home (kindly provided by GalleyTech), and have been updated to include user suggested features. Please visit https://cdtext.galleytech.com for download instructions and further information, including a list of improvements!

If you are using an older version of CD-Text Manager or CD-Text Player, it is recommended that you uninstall the previous version before upgrading, but it's not essential. And, if you have not yet tried this software, then there has never been a better time to do so.
