Annouced recently by NetCharger and Mindsurge, Control Monger, a FPS game currently in development is set to become a MMOFPS. The game is currently in an open beta stage.
The MMOFPS version of the game will include a central chat room to meet new friends, build clans and join games. A rank system will be added for both clans and players to keep track of there progress and players will gain skills and power-ups as they move up the ranks. Dedicated server software will be downloadable and players will be able to run their own servers. All player servers will answer back to the main server database and keep track of rank. Players will be able to download map-building tools and the world of control monger will be as big as the imagination of our player community.
