Newer versions lag while clicking a video file while a previous file is already playing. Can anyone confirm if this issue been solved? I don't want to ruin my perfect setup with a year old version 1.3

It was fixed few versions ago. If you'd play a vid, close it and then immediately play another it would just stay there waiting, as the process wouldn't end after you closed the window.

My video player of choice as it's the little things that make it better than everything else.

also, they finally fixed the name of the video file to display properly as it used to be all messed up for a while but now it's fixed. there is other fixes besides what's listed in the topic here as you can see them by going to About > History. i was using the Oct 17th 2013 release prior to this version and it shows a version on Jan16th (which is the one in the topic) and one on Jan 15th which is quite a few fixes before the Oct 17th 2013 release.

I agree with the last comment. This is the best version, cause they finally fixed that annoying bug that I even wrote the developer about: name of the video file wasn't displaying properly. Very glad they fixed that!! It also seems faster when starting videos, or is that just me?
