Updates Easy CD Creator Platinum 5.0, 5.01, 5.02, 5.02 or 5.02b or 5.02c to 5.02d

Adds support for additional recorders and includes all fixes in the 5.01, 5.01s, 5.02, 5.02a, 5.02b and 5.02c updates.
