PLEASE HELP with this software: do you know how to remove the local viewport, so that only the remote view is shown?

Thanks in advance.

He released it because people were moaning and groaning about when was it going to come out, what were the features going to be...etc

This release has about reached feature parity with the 2.x series. Only this has the added benefit of transfering files a heck of a lot faster than v2, you can change the icon theme (yay!) and its cross platform (double yay for me because one of my machines runs linux and GFTP was getting a little long in the tooth).

Cheers

Filezilla 3.x is a total rewrite of the program, that's why a lot of features we're all used to weren't included in the intial 3.x release and why they're slowly being put back in.

It's almost back up to the level that Filezilla 2.x was. I'll never understanding what the deal was with releasing 3.0 with tons of features stripped out (even basic features like drag and drop). Fortunately he came to his senses and put most of it back in. Weird.
