Pro: it managed to find things that my Kaspersky/AVG AS/ZoneAlarm AS can't find, seeing that it uses the same engine, I don't know why that would be the case. Free and no need of installation are always nice. I was particularly impressed that this portable software was able to update itself without installation.

Con: I searched more info on the things that it did find, but never actually experience any of the symptoms and behaviors these malwares are suppose to have.

Recommendation: Although it might be another freeware that gives false positive trying to scare you into buying the product ($59 for one year), give it a spin and decide for yourself.

edit: I restored my hdd image and rescaned in safe mode, this time it finds no spyware or error. Seems like it will give false positive if not scan in safe mode.
