- This works fine with my UK version. People have reported that they can't connect to servers with this patch applied to the UK version, but I haven't had any problems (after I reinstalled the game) - possibly they were trying to connect to 1.1 servers.

- I have the UK version, now I keep getting the "Failed to connect to server" message. Surely if it weren't supposed to be installed on the UK version, the installer would inform you? If not, the installer suX!

- right you mongs, does the 1.2 patch actually work on uk (woot, yey) installs? and can you connect to 1.2 servers with it. i actually see no reason as to why its a North America (boo, hiss) only install. ffs it should be the damn same!!! EA are pricks!

- it does work on the uk version , was using it last night , to find 1.2 servers use All-Seeing-Eye as it allows you to filter by server version , so u dont connect to old 1.1 servers that havent upgraded yet , improvements are very good also
