A single-player demo of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down is now available, offering the opportunity to try out this upcoming tactical first-person shooter by NovaLogic. This pre-release demo features one level set in Mogadishu where two Delta teams go on a mission to free a number of hostages. An official single- and multi-player demo is expected in a few weeks.

As this is a pre-release demo, the code is not optimized to its fullest extent and does not include a full feature set. Therefore, some people may experience compatibility or performance issues.

Another Delta Force, I sure hope they improve the graphics over all the others.

Have you been following the development? Of course it's improved!!! It's taking the engine from Commanche 4.

This demo is really choppy for me...... It frequently freezes and suddenly goes into slow motion. XP Sp1 P3 866 512 MB RAM 32 MB Geforce 2 GTS Pro

Yeah, I say the same. It was supposed to auto-detect everything and set it good, but it was really choppy until I turned every option way down. However, it looks good, much better than the now old Delta Force. It seems a bit more fast-paced as well, and not all that much about tactics. But I've only played it a bit, surviving is tricky at first.
