Why only US versions of windows, will it not work on other versions? IE Dutch, German etc?

who knows it probably might, but as a fan of nolf 2 (my fav game), i can tell you they were extremely slow releasing the european patches for that game. they finally released the last patch for the game that came out for the us version like early in the year. i honestly don't think they made any language differences in the game to suit german users for example, but it's easy to say that the euro versions probably sold much worse than the us one did. they are probably just not bothering with supporting those countries anymore for this particular game.
