Activision today denied the allegations contained in a lawsuit filed against the company on March 5 and said it will vigorously defend the case. The complaint alleges Activision overstated its revenues and assets during the period between Feb. 2001 and Dec. 2002. The plaintiff - the Construction Industry and Carpenters Joint Pension Trust for Southern Nevada - purports to represent a class of purchasers of Activision stock and seeks unspecified damages.
