Blizzard Entertainment has announced that its upcoming patch for Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne will add a number of new features to game, as well as fixing known bugs and addressing balancing issues. New features in the patch include an updated matching system, completely anonymous free-for-all play, improved player and clan profiles, Frozen Throne clan ladders, and a new Goblin Tinker neutral hero character. The patch is currently scheduled for release within the next few weeks, although a beta version is expected to be made available to download this week.
