Valve Software has released the Counter-Strike Source movie trailer for Half-Life 2 that was presented at last May's E3 show. The very high resolution movie demonstrates an attack and counter-attack scene on the de_aztec map in a bit under two minutes of gameplay footage to illustrate how Counter-Strike looks after porting to the Source engine.

Updates

According to the article at MSNBC, the new iPod will also contain the following features:

  • Longer battery life (50%) through more efficient method of power conservation.
  • Increased averaged play time, now at 12 hours.
  • Multiple On-The-Go playlist support
  • Ability to delete songs off the playlist
  • Users will now be given a choice to play their tunes at 25% slower or faster.
  • Lower price: $399 for 40GB, and $299 for 20GB. The 15 GB model has been discontinued.

Personally, I am hoping that some of these new features will be made available to existing users through firmware updates. I guess we will just have wait and see...

For me, they lose a lot of marks for not changing any of the sounds, but we shall have to wait and see

I think keeping the original maps and sounds are a good thing. It keeps the nostalgic factor there for people that have played the game for years and years. Although I suppose they could have multiple sound packs.

the way counterstrike players lap this stuff up is laughable.
It's already looking out-of-date before it's released, lets hope they do a better job of counterstrike2.
