Mizuguchi (creator of Space Channel 5 and Rez) hinted in his blog last week of a game he was working on that would be unveiled at the Tokyo Game Show--the mystery title was revealed at the PlayStation Business Briefing held today in Japan.
Entitled Lumines, the game is under development at Mizuguchi's Q Entertainment and will be published by Bandai. Enigmatically listed as a "sound and light action puzzle" for genre, no details have yet to be unveiled. One possibility is the game would be light sensitive like Boktai and feature sound or voice recognition--one other title announced by Sony Computer Entertainment Japan (SCEJ) called Talkman is an "entertainment tool" that purportedly recognizes spoken words and rates the speaker's pronunciation.
