You have seen user-made pictures comparing the Xbоx 360 dimensions with the Xbоx, which gave you a good idea of the size of the console. But until now, the exact physical dimensions of the Xbоx 360 were unknown. Well, the dimensions of the Xbоx 360 are no longer a mystery. We have just received the official info regarding the Xbоx 360 physical dimensions, including its weight.

The Xbоx 360 weights 7.7 pounds (3.5 kg) and is:

309 mm wide x 83 mm high x 258 mm deep

12.15 in wide x 3.27 in high x 10.15 in deep


The Xbоx weight 8.8 pounds (4 kg) and is:

305 mm wide x 101 mm high x 203 mm deep

12 in wide x 4 in high x 8 in deep

Sounds great to me ...when will it come out in Australia though? anyone know? we normally get things not long after Europe...but I've heard Au isn't getting it till later next year

Australia better get it launch or soon after, and they better not screw us on price, or I'll be importing one.

Yeah we better!...but don't expect it tobe anyless then AUSD$600 though, cause I've heard Microsoft are planning it's street price to be around the same as it was for Xbox 1 here and it was AUSD$600 at launch if you remember that far back ...hopefully the price will drop not too long after..cause I've decided I'm gonna get an X360 for sure but I will NOT pay AUSD$600 for it.

is that 384 cubic inches (xbox1) compared to 403.25 cubic inches (xbx360).. assuming they were all perfectly squaure/rectangular to their max dimensions..?

You are correct, the volume of the Xbox 360 is more then the Xbox if you are not considering the space taken up by the volume squished in sides.
