Over in the UK, Sony wins a lawsuit against an online retailer who was importing units of the new portable console. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe announced today that it has won its legal dispute with online retailer Nuplayer Ltd. The basis for the dispute was that it was importing units of the PlayStation Portable console from Japan and selling them to the European market. SCEE claimed that the sales of the PSP were hurting Sony's marketing campaign as well as the European launch of the system.
