Counter-Strike: Source update released - the world is over!

The destruction of the Human race is at hand, Valve has changed Counter-Strike: Source and the complainers and whiners will come out of the woodwork professing the end of Counter-Strike: Source as we know it (I'm not kidding). Needless to say, this is a pretty significant update to CSS we are talking about here. The radar which up until now has been sadly useless, has gotten a much needed upgrade. Also de_train has gotten an HDR pass, along with assorted bug fixes and SourceTV enhancements.
They also fixed several exploits.

- Loads of servers were messed up after this update. They would kick being playing the game saying that they were AFK, or put them on the spectators side end of every round. I'm guessing there was huge conflicts with current mods, every server I went to had problems. Hopefully these have been fixed.
It took me a while to get used to the new radar system, but it's a welcome change in my opinion. The graphics have now been updated, and you can see enemies that your team mates have identified, including both side's deaths.
Next update they plan to look at changing some economic areas.

- ^ i can see that being a good thing.
Perhaps terrorists will have access to a much larger variety of weapons, and perhaps can even speak of "jihad" to temporaily stun an opponent?
Seriously though - I was on last night and was not aware of this update
I'll look harder!

- Mmmm, Radar good, crouching iffy.
Apparently Train changed.. but I can't see anything :
Had a look at de_losttemple.. and the radar is completely screwing on that one, bomb site A is marked as B and B isn't marked, plus you can see the T spawn part of the radar from CT spawn :

- Cool
But i must correct you;
The Radar was not useless at ALL!! I could use to figure out where the enemy was, because you could see the layout of you team and where there dying. very useful.

- How can people consider the old radar to be useless? It helps a bunch if you actually use your sense of hearing along with the radar. No nearby dots on radar + Footsteps from close by = OMFG an enemy!!111
Not to imply that I hate the new radar though. I think this will be a great step for new players, who always seem reluctant to use the radar simply because "you can't see the enemies".

I made a video from my Camera (not great quality) but you get the idea, first part is in spec mode video, then when I play it goes smaller. Btw you like my new monitor? Btw ignore the idiots speaking on the mic, it annoys me sometimes, thank god for voice_enable 0! Edit change the video option to original size for better quality.

- Valve raped zombie mod but a day after zombiemod.org released a fixed version so I have no complaints and I love the new radar It is the best.
