On 22nd November Microsoft plans to launch it's video marketplace for Xbox Live. Last month I reported that the service recently surpressed the 4 million users mark and is still growing strong to go on to achieve higher figures. One technique to keep increasing its subscriber base is to introduce the new video marketplace.

The new video marketplace is set to deliver High Definition videos, films, television shows, music videos and game videos. All these will require some Microsoft points in order to download and watch on your HDTV, but it shouldn't be too expensive. The service will be available to both Xbox Live Silver and Gold members and promises over 1,000 hours of unique content by the end of the year, with at least 200 of that available in both standard and hi-definition.
