Here is a nice little treat for all Rainbow Six Vegas PC owners in the form of a brand new patch. This patch (1.04) fixes the following issues:
- Fixed PunkBuster client getting kicked after a change of map on the PunkBuster dedicated server.
- Fixed a problem when trying to re-join a server that the user has just left.
- Added all previously non-translated sections to the Engine localized files.
- Fixed looping sound issues in Multiplayer maps

Link: BluesnewsPlease note this patch is 93MB, and there are reported issues with it. Some users are reporting that the patch will not install correctly, and the only way to fix the issue is to reinstall the game from scratch. Just an FYI for all my RB6V friends on the PC.
