- The character to the left looks like the main character from Bully and the right is JT. I'm assuming that they're poking fun at the whole media ordeal with the kid from Bully being able to kiss other guys.

- So. JackAss Thompson agrees to STFU and Take Two agrees not to sue him back to the stone age. Sounds good to me.

- Jack Thompson didn't win anything. He was backed into a corner by Take-Two, and Take-Two basically told him to stfu and they won't sue the hell out of him, and he did stfu.
That's the basics of the story there.
Take-Two Rules.

- All he did was stop blaming Bully and GTA and quickly went into blaming Counter Strike and Bill Gates.
I really hope Bill Gates decides to do something to him with all the evidence he could get against Thompson.

- JT needs to let off some steam. 45 minuets plays CS
should do the trick.

Thompson is not allowed to sue or threaten to sue to block sale or distribution of any game published by Take Two, nor can he communicate to the company or its partners any accusation that the company committed any wrongdoing by selling its games. Thompson will not be restricted to publically criticizing Take Two’s products, but must make all future contacts with the publisher through its attorneys. In return, Take Two has agreed to drop its lawsuit against Thompson, for which the court hearing was originally set just the day after the settlement.
