Don't think the Wii is classed as a next-gen console is it, imagine trying to play it on a wiimote..the developers probably think that the hardware wouldn't do the game justice!

Agreed. I don't class it as a next-gen console, as it uses last-gen hardware with motion sensing in it. It can't even play DVDs!

It's been done in Mortal Kombat for the Wii. And it absolutely stinks.... it took all of the fun out of the game.

It's still a hell of a random one, though, Fighting games rarely ever make it to the PC. In fact, I can't think of any since SFII.
Welcome addition none the less, though!

Is there an ETA for it?

That is because it's hard to get two pads working in Windows. It's also only going to work if the game runs at a high, fluid framerate as this sort of game is VERY animation dependant.

The Arcade unit the game runs in is an XP-based computer with fairly modest specs, so I think it'll run fine.
Plus, XInput makes having multiple pads working on PC's a fair bit easier, but if that's enough to grant this some great sales remains to be seen.

Finally, PC games. The fact Capcom started developing for the PC is a most welcomed change.
