PS Vita won't run Flash? - A new report from Japan suggests that Sony's upcoming PS Vita portable console won't be able to run any Flash applications when the console is released, although it will still support Java and HTML5.

Fallout Online MMO development can continue - Bethesda Softworks' proposed injunction that would have stopped Interplay's work on the long-in-development MMO Fallout Online was denied in a recent court ruling.

Just Cause 3 in the works? - A new rumor claims that developer Avalanche Studios is working on Just Cause 3, the next game in their popular open world action game series, for a 2012 release date.

New graphics effects in Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm - Blizzard's upcoming expansion pack for Starcraft II will add some new graphical effects to the RTS game including a new physics engine and more.

New LittleBigPlanet 2: Special Edition and Move bundle announced - Sony has announced that the PS3 side scroller game LittleBigPlanet 2 will be re-released as a Special Edition on November 15. It will include the game and a number of additional DLC packs. It will also be sold as a bundle with the Playstation Move controller and the Playstation Eye camera.

Battlefield 1943 not included in PS3 Battlefield 3 game - A previously announced plan to include Battlefield 1943 as a bonus for PS3 owners of the just released Battlefield 3 has been canceled in favor of giving PS3 owners early access to all of Battlefield 3's expansion packs
