Giveaway: Vengeance and Virtue pinball for Xbox 360 [Update with Winners!]

If you like pinball, then look no further than Zen Studios’ Pinball FX2 framework. A free download via Xbox Live Arcade, the company has over 20 tables to choose from, each costing no more than 240 MS points (although some come in four-packs for 800 points). We recently reviewed the latest tables, entitled “Marvel Pinball: Vengeance and Virtue,” where you help the X-Men, Moon Knight, Thor, and Ghost Rider defeat their enemies, and found it extremely fun and a recommended purchase.

Zen Studios was kind enough to give us not one, but two download codes for the Xbox 360 version of the game. The contest is open to anyone with a valid email address and an Xbox Live account. There are four ways to enter and you can enter once per day:

  1. Make a post below and, while not required, tell us what your favorite pinball table of all time is (whether it’s a real table or a computer one).
  2. Make a post on the original Vengeance and Virtue review, telling us what super hero you’d like to see made into a pinball table next. Maybe Zen Studios will take note!
  3. Re-tweet this post with the above Tweet button and add @zen_studios to the end of the tweet.
  4. You can also gain an additional entry by "liking" us on Facebook if you haven't already done so (one entry only).

The contest runs through Sunday (Christmas) night at 11:59pm EST.

Update: Congrats to Rann7878 (a new member who posted on the review) and M_Lyons10 (a not-so-new member) for each winning a download code! Keep your eyes open for a PSN giveaway as well!

My favorite pinball table? No question about it, Spirit of '76 by Gottlieb. Came out in the mid-70s, back when you could find a pinball table in virtually every pizza place or bar. This table I loved to play at the Little Italy pizza place back in Groveport OH where I grew up.

Throw some money in the jukebox, fire up Spirit of '76 and I was in my little slice of heaven back then.

Not going to bother entering the contest since I don't tweet, but I do feel like reminiscing about a classic pinball table.

You entered by posting... Tweeting is just another way to enter! :-)

Ms. Splosion Man table is my favorite pinball table.

Congrats on winning one of the codes for Vengeance and Virtue! Check your messages!

I haven't thought about pinball games in several years. One of the few that ever made a lasting impression was an ancient obscure table called Gorgar. As a kid, it impressed me because it talked. The voice of the Gorgar character would taunt as you played, much like Sinistar.

I don't remember much about physical pinball machines I've played but virtual ones I played the heck out of the one that came with Windows 95 and also the Pinball Dream games.

My favorite pinball game is an oldie - Whirlwind. "The storm is coming!" I was also fairly addicted to Devils Crush/Alien Crush on the TurboGrafx 16 (and have Devils Crush for the Wii).

Favorite pinball table was the original Black Knight. It would randomly talk if powered on and scared the kids in our house (Ive been told I was one of the scared ones)

I'm in the same boat as +Shadrack. I loved the Addams Family pinball game back in the 90's. I'm still on the lookout for a good pinball so this might give me the incentive to download it for my xbox.

Pinball fanatic here, PLEASE let me win? My favorite table has to be the Lord of the Rings table about 7 years back. The local pool hall had one in and I wore that thing down. Haha.

Favourite pinball table was a really old Queen one that was in my local pub in Scotland years ago

Just out of curiosity, was that the group Queen, or THE Queen?

My favorite pinball table of all time was the one that came out for the first Adams Family movie back in the 90's. I remember putting a lot of quarters in that one at the local arcade.
