This is kind of cool but I wish it had a few more features. I work with my hosts file a lot for defining custom domains and sets of domains/sub-domains for development and I often need to switch the IP's but I wish this had like a way to simply select a preset with a few clicks without having to either tell it to batch replace IP's or go to the editor and highlight a set of hosts to disable and then another set to enable but still beats editing by hand in notepad.

But I guess it's purpose is mainly to block certain hosts and keep the list updated. Oh well, still a keeper...
