HP Shows New Inkjet, Laser Printers

At TechXNY this week, Hewlett-Packard reminded business users that it is still an active innovator in printers and imaging devices. The company unveiled more than 20 printers and print server products, including the HP Jetdirect 625n Gigabit Ethernet print server, one of the first to incorporate Gigabit Ethernet technology. The server is priced at $389.

For wireless print serving it unveiled the Jetdirect ew2400, an 802.11g wireless and fast Ethernet external print server, for $199. Also new was the HP Officejet 7410 All-in-One, an inkjet with 30 ppm (page-per-minute) capability in black and 20 ppm capability in color. It has built-in wireless networking and remote printing features.
