IconBox is a tiny but powerful easy-to-use utility for converting png files to ico.

Main features:

- Icons Sizes: 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 64x64, 72x72, 96x96 and 128x128px
- Depth: 4bits (16 colors), 8bits (256 colors) and 32bits for each size.
- Vista Compliant: PNG layer in 256x256px in 4, 8 and 32 bits

IconBox is available in three languages and comes in a simple 200kb zip file, it is also possible to convert a whole lot of icons within a simple drag&drop.
