This is actually the best ad blocker ever for "real" IE. Never had any luck with others in the past, like that russian sidebar one that was free for a while but then went pay.

Does the Ad Blocker not work for you?

BTW, From the preferences menu, make sure Ad Blocker is enabled.

This is by far the best of its kind. Must have if you actually use IE7. Dont get suckered into that IEplus clone of this...its a child by comparison, this is the Big Daddy...really excellent.

IE7Pro is a great product, everyone needs this if they use IE 6 or 7.

Oh and can we PLEASE get a more up to date screenshot. 0.9.5 is many many months old. Is it really so hard for the screenshot to reflect the product being announced?
