Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Build 5299 Leaks

Our friends over at Bink.nu are reporting that build 5299 of Internet Explorer 7 has leaked on the internet. Activewin has also posted 50 high-res screenshots of the build, probably after finding it available for download at tech enthusiast site JCXP.net

If you can find it, (JCXP asks that links not be posted anywhere) the build weighs in at 11.2 MB and can only be installed on Windows XP. We must remind our readers that the beta is not called a beta for nothing, it's completely unsupported! Should people need to install it please use something like System Restore so you can roll back.

A feature complete Beta 2 version of IE7 is expected to be released to testers around mid February, as reported by Paul Thurrott in his Short Takes for week ending January 23rd.
