Paul Thurrot of Wininformant has been told that we can expect to see Madonna performing at the Windows XP launch. Madonna, as first reported in WinInfo, is contributing "Ray of Light" as the Windows XP theme song, which will be used in TV, radio, print, Web, and billboard advertising for the product beginning next week.
Looks like Microsoft will be getting Into the Groove and will be hoping that the Material Girl can live up to Like A Prayer that Steve & Bill have on the success of this release which may give them a well earned Holiday if it all pays off. I wont be going to the launch so I wont be able to Justify My Love for Madonna, but I will be watching closely from a Borderline perspective on the Web @ Microsoft. Think of yourself as a Lucky Star if you will be there. Heres hoping the Music will be top notch.
