MS will soon release its new wireless keyboard and mouse. Here's some detail from MS regarding this.

Free yourself from desktop clutter and extra cables. The dual two-channel radio frequency receiver has over 200 unique codes to prevent interference which allows you to place the receiver out of sight.

Keyboard Feature
  • You can browse the Web, start e-mail, open My Computer--and more--all at the touch of a button.
  • You can use the palm rest to relax your palms or hands when you are not typing, or you can remove it if that is more comfortable.
  • Using the included IntelliType Pro keyboard software, you can customize the keyboard to fit your personal working style.
  • Put your computer into "sleep" mode* (such as suspend, standby, or hibernation) right from your desktop, protecting your data and saving energy.

Mouse Feature
  • You can do even more with your mouse. The two extra buttons let you go Back and Forward in your Internet browser without clicking the toolbar. Or you can reassign them to a command or keystroke you use more frequently.
  • Using the included IntelliPoint mouse software, you can customize the mouse buttons to fit your personal working style. You can reassign all of the buttons - including the wheel button - to perform a command or open a file or Web page.
  • Simply roll the wheel to move around in documents
  • The ambidextrous design is comfortable whether you mouse with your left or right hand.
