New VIA AC97 Audio Driver

There has been an update to the VIA AC97 audio drivers for Windows 9X, 2K, NT, ME, XP and Linux RedHat7.1. The new drivers include two WHQL Logo CAT files into this package, one being for Windows XP only, the other one for 98SE, ME and 2000.
