Hmm, I just noticed over at the Powertoys site that they have updated the page again, this is what it says:
(January 31, 2002 update) PowerToys will not be available today as previously stated here. We're sorry, because we know you like them a lot. PowerToys are currently being improved, and will be available for download in the spring.
I'm not sure whats going on over there then.. but whatever it is it better be big!

How to Claim
