A big thanks to an Anonymous tipoff that 3604 has been released to testers as a Pre RC1 build. This is the first build released since Beta 3 and Microsoft are calling it "non beta quality" which could mean that RC1 is very close to release. The build has been confirmed as "3604" has been submitted to the bug reporting tool that everyone can access. Details below:

This build is intended as a preview of our progress post Beta 3 and to allow you to regress bugs fixed since Beta 3. We do not require that you install this build. If you choose to install this build it is recommended that you back up all data and configuration information prior to installation.

Enterprise Server
Enterprise Server Checked (debug) version for developers
Enterprise Server 64 bit Edition
