There is a new windows update and it's the .net framework SP1. Which supposedly resolves bugs found after the inital release.
Microsoft .NET Framework Service Pack 1 (English)
Download size: 1.1 MB, < 1 minute
This update is a service pack that resolves various issues found after the initial release of the .NET Framework. These include both security and non-security related issues. Because this service pack applies to different setup configurations, you may need to apply it twice per language. Select to install the service pack whenever it is presented
