ATI's new driver suite has been released, with already three reviews. (ed- below
The reaction from Catalyst seems to be fairly positive, looks like ATI's finally beginning to distance themselves from their crappy reputation for drivers, more so observed in the early Radeon and Rage 128 days.

A few BSOD's reported
Texture problems in AvP2 (been an on-going problem)

Anisotropic filtering has no effect in Win98 under DirectX
