ATI's new driver suite has been released, with already three reviews. (ed- below

The reaction from Catalyst seems to be fairly positive, looks like ATI's finally beginning to distance themselves from their crappy reputation for drivers, more so observed in the early Radeon and Rage 128 days.

Discuss them at Rage3D's forums here -( ed - some negative and positive reports from there - those that do go here please read further than the first page)

Possible issues found: (source: Rage3D forums)

Table fog problems in GTA3
Descent 3 problems
A few BSOD's reported
Texture problems in AvP2 (been an on-going problem)
Discolourations (green tint) occuring on some machines
DirectX 6 and 7 games/apps work poorly
Z-occlusion problems in Deus Ex
Anisotropic filtering has no effect in Win98 under DirectX
Smoothvision problems in Morrowind
