Thanks to an anonymous source who has leaked us a document that testers are starting to receive that implies that RC2 might be a media only release. The email speaks for itself:

In the coming weeks, we will be shipping your Windows .NET Server RC2 kit. If you would like to receive no media, please email srvadmin@microsoft.com with your BetaID and we will update your status.

If the mailing address above is correct, no action is required. You do not need to send email.
If the mailing address above is incorrect, you may update your contact information by doing the following:

• Visit www.betaplace.com
• Select Modify Contact Information.

This is the mailing address where your Windows .NET Server RC2 kit will be delivered. A definitive delivery date is not available. Inquiries regarding a ship date will not receive a response.

Sounds to me like they are just checking to see who wants media delivered, it would be very odd indeed for MS to make RC2 media only, especially since CPP program members would then have to pay to receive RC2, contrary to previous information.
