Microsoft DirectX 9.0 Redist RC1 For End-Users
Use the DirectX 9.0 Redist to install the end-user runtime. This setup will install on all DirectX supported Operating Systems and minimizes the download size to only the DirectX components your system requires.

Important Notes: The DirectX redist files cannot be uninstalled. This is a pre-release version and it is important for you set a “System Restore Point” before installing the runtime. Please view your Operating System’s help files for more information. Requires Microsoft® Windows® 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Does not support either Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0

any problems with old games on this? i know previous versions I and others had problems with DX9
