It is great that Plus DME can be downloaded, but what about those of us who live outside the USA??

In case you haven't noticed, Microsoft is a North American company, so in saying that, they hook up their North American customers first and then deal with everyone else afterwards. If you have a problem with that, I suggest you contact the United Nations about it and see if they give a s hit about it.
