The content that started all this was the Windows XP Peer to Peer SDK post that was posted on the 5th of March at Neowin. It had nothing to do with Longhorn or Microsoft wanting to "knock us offline"

already have this one installed from the last time.

I've avoided installing the 328310 update cause when I do it stuffs up my OE multi user setup. I currently have it setup to ask which user I want to access each time I open OE but with the 328310 update installed it doesn't work anymore (it just goes to the last user who opened OE) Does this fix this bug?
