Overview
A flaw exists in the way by which the Windows Script Engine for JScript processes information. An attacker could exploit the vulnerability by constructing a web page that, when visited by the user, would execute code of the attacker’s choice with user privileges. The web page could be hosted on a web site, or sent directly to the user in email.

Oh my god. This language is so shitty. No one in their right mind uses this JScript crap. I think it's just a poor attempt to confuse people about what JavaScript is.

JScript != JavaScript For the most part they are pretty much the same, however, M$ decided to add extensions (and remove some core functionality) to make their own version. See Microsoft's (buggy, slow, platform dependent) JVM versus Sun's JVM. Same reasons ("we don't want to have someone else's proprietary system on our OS, so we'll hack it around a bit then trumpet it as the best thing") <-- close bracket.
