hmm, I know this isn't a constructive comment...but, if I was 6 years old then maybe I'd find a purpose to this "fun pack", otherwise - what a waste of time & resources, M$ could do so much more than this irrelavant software.

Just because you find no use for these downloads, it doesn't mean less tech-savvy users won't as well.

This is stupid. First, you hear people going "OMFG M$ DOESNT RELEASE ANY UPDATES OMFG NOOBZ", and then you hear people complaining because they do release updates. If you really have something you want to see in the OS, go to their suggestion page. Don't just sit here and complain.

for sure, for the average home user these little toys will be a great and welcome addition. Most people on this forum probably know where to get the same style toys but much more proffessional and powerful - but to joe average and his son this will keep them entertained for hours - i think its nice Microsoft releases things like this - it obviously isnt for us, its for families and stuff. Get off Microsofts back and congradulate them for once for giving those people something that will get them more into their computers.

If the experience of the geeks at my school is any base, I don't think it's quite a good idea to get people more involved with their computers.
