Windows Server 2003 leaked VLK blocked from updates

Thanks sweetpete for this submission. He noted that while testing Windows Server 2003 Enterprise using the readily available Volume License Keys (VLK) and media (for educational reasons alone we suspect) he ran into the following friendly message at Windows Update:

It looks like they learned a lot from the VLK leak of Windows XP in August 2001, it took them well over a year to disable use of Windows Update for people using the key supplied with Devilsown Windows XP. This time they have blocked it before its official shipping date.

VLK has been the more popular choice for warez since Microsoft introduced Activation on its products, one of the first products to be blocked from updates using a leaked VLK was Office XP at SR-1 level.

Funny how my Windows Server 2003 will work for almost a year. CPP is good for some things I guess

how is the score pirates 0 and ms 1? i've seen that posted twice. ms has never been able to stop pirates on anything. ever. the score is like pirates 1827 and ms 0.
