Nice to see ongoing support for NT4 isnt dead

This re-release is for NT4.0 Terminal Server (TSE) with Dual CPU's Only. NT 4.0 WKS, Server and Single Processor systems are not affected by the re-release. Hopefully no one tried to install it in NT4 Wks / Server **boom** lol
