As Neowin previously reported Microsoft DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - Summer 2003 (Beta 2) has been released. It has also come to light that Microsoft is preparing another update to the End User Runtime - DX9.0b. (4.09.0000.0902) It has been released as part of the SDK update, so it shouldn't be to long until we see it in public too.
