- the only good thing to say about these offerings is that they don't need drivers to work. Creative's hardware has always been good, but the customer support and their software/drivers are just horrible.

- I second that, I was going to post the exact same thing till I saw your comment. Quit bringing out new stuff and start fixing your old stuff. Do you just abandon your babies when they aren't cute and new anymore, no, you keep supporting them forever, do the same creative, jeez, leave us out in the cold here.
