Thanks DJPrem for the heads up on this.
Microsoft have released an updated version of the MSN Messenger 7.0 Beta to testers. This time at build 7.0.632. This build only allows winks between clients of the updated version, which can only mean that there have been further security enhancements made in the way the winks functionality works.

It's here! After a long wait the new MSN Messenger beta is ready for you to download and test! This beta has a lot of unique and exciting features to offer. Together, let's test and improve this new version and make it the best IM software on the planet! We don't have a link to this closed beta build and we hope that registered members will respect our community rules and not post links that violate NDA.
Thanks JCAP for the heads-up on this one

Hint*: Its on a searching site where you search blogs. It starts with T. The end.
- Winks from 7.0.632 can only be sent to another build 7.0.632. The leaked build (7.0.604) and the public beta (7.0.425) cannot receive winks from the latest BETA (this will be fixed in the refresh). Issues may be experienced with Winks if the installed version of Macromedia Flash is not up to date.
- New MSN Mobile features such as sending a text message to a contact from your mobile phone or Offline Messaging will not be immediately available.
- The MSN Messenger BETA build will not be added to major firewall provider safelists and may cause firewall software to display a security error.
- Full-screen Video Conversations may crash on Windows 98.
- Installation of the BETA version on Windows Media Center Edition is not supported.
- It is recommended that Windows 98 and Windows ME users upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0 before running the new BETA.
- Some international character sets or “Double Byte Character Sets” may overlap or cause the font and/or font size to change.
- The “Customer Experience Improvement Program” menu item under Help may be inactive. To get around this, please click on Tools > Options > General.
- When signing in as anything but “Online”, the ad in the main window is not clickable.

BTW... screenshots
For those who are in the beta, and are considering leaking future builds, take note of that. They knew who leaked this one, and that person is no longer in. So, you'll leak "ONE" and that's about as far as you'll get. Is it worth it to get kicked out of a beta, to leak it before it's stable?
And for the people who are using it, is it worth it to use a beta version, and not be able to do anything about the bugs and issues you find? Or risk having it crash your system?
For the people (not in the actual beta) who claim that they finally did what "we" have been asking for, it only happened because someone IN the actual beta agreed with you, and suggested it to the development team. Or more likely, because someone in the beta thought of it on their own (since not all of the testers visit this site or mess.be).
Enjoy the leaked build everyone.. Quite possibly it will be the last one you get. As has been said by others in other posts, use the stable version. Leave the beta versions to the people that the company have selected to beta test. If you want to be one of those people, go to the link provided in the original article.
This is a similar saying like "Windows XP is going to have activation method, so goodbye piracy!"
[quote]TO NEOWIN AND THOSE THAT ARE SAYING ABOUT LEAKING: I leaked this build and I still am in the program. Microsoft doesn’t seem to care about leaking because other sites leaked it also with me. If Microsoft wants me to remove it, They know how to contact me. No, This won’t be the latest build you’ll see leaked. Trust me
And in relation to that rumour... yes it is true they have been discovered and removed from the beta testing team.
