- Lemme guess.... they scan the article next to the ad to identify its context and hence deliver a relevant ad?

- It would be fun if they created ads by using a number of words and a number of sites at a time. "Click here to buy wooden macosx banana software at a reduced price of 8 goats and a hammer."

- I don't see ads. I use Firefox with the Adblock, FiltersetG, and CustomiseGoogle extensions.
No stupid Google ads for me.

"Google is testing a program to place ads from our advertising network into U.S. print publications," Google spokesman Michael Mayzel said. "This limited test is part of Google's continuing effort to develop new ways to provide effective and useful advertising to advertisers, publishers and users," he said.
