This Wednesday Apple will face allegations in court that it stole the design for the iTunes software. David Contois claims that he demonstrated digital jukebox software at a tradeshow a decade ago. He filed a lawsuit in June stating: "Apple has copied the invention. Apple's infringement has been and continues to be willful." Contois is asking for unspecified damages and fees, and also that Apple stops distribution of its iTunes software.
