According to Mess.be a new build of Windows Live Messenger has leaked.

The build labelled as "branches" sees significant improvements in speed, UI and features. Microsoft is rumoured to release a new build to testers soon with great improvements.

If only there was a version of Plus! that worked with it...

Some features of Messenger Plus! 3.60 have been working with WLM since the second WLM beta was released, and still work in this version!..

This is mostly options such as boss protection, etc which is still better than nothing..

msgplus live 4.0 works with it...shame its not released yet

I think he means he current private beta of Live Plus! doesnt work with this latest build 683... or at least it doesnt for me. Infact it doesnt even show plus on the menu, (so it might be compatible in fuctions just you can access the plus menu! so I dont know how long before patchou gets it working with this build it might not take him long)

I'm still working on it... there would be no point for me to release anything now as WLM is still not final and is changing a lot every month or two. And I'm sure you'll prefer a better version later than a crappy one sooner (like build 214 :p).

Hi I have downloaded the windows live messenger 8.0 and when i try to connect the error code 80072efd comes up? which is the key ports error...

I have tested my firewall settings and everything is fine in there can anyone help?

Ugh, looking at UI screenies, I thought this would look nice. And I can't be bothered to wait for the end of the month, so I got a leak.

I'm using the Media Center style (preety much same as Luna), and it looks alright restored, but maximised, the white contrasts from it (i.e. menu bar, search bar) hurt my eyes. Disgusting, the current Beta is much nicer.

The build is nice. It loads faster, signs in faster, and uses less memory. BUT, screw that Rhapsody music service. Real needs to die.
