As part of Apple's new Get a Mac campaign, three new catchy (yet controversial) ads were released on the airways this week. The three new ads, Out of the Box, Touche, and Work vs Home, emphasize the much advertised abilities of out of box ease of use, bundled iLife apps, and the new ability for Macs to run Windows.

In the tech community, the ads are stirring much controversy seeing their blatant bias towards the Apple platform. Join the discussion on our forums here.

Yes, but the other 6 have been out for a while. And wouldn't you know it, I click that link and get a Quicktime error, audio but no video. *sigh*

"Aires" is commonly used when referring to the broadcast of radio or television materials.

"Aires" is not a word.

That's a pretty ignorant comic right there. But, hey, I guess it's just a comic. Not representative of real life, right?

Ignorant? No, just exactly what a lot of tech people think when they see those commericals.

Yes, God forbid a company talk positively about their product during an advertisement.

Yea, well I didn't want to have a slanted write up, I personally love the ads and agree with what you are saying 100%. I was more commenting on what I had read in the thread.
