- From what I read in the full article, it sounds like she is just after money from these big internet companies...
As said above, Google can terminate the services if you violate the conditions of use. -

That's right, they won't even tell you why you've been kicked out either! Assholes, I hope she wins the case! -

If they didn't tell, then how would she know it's for abusing Ad-Sense?
She violated the ToS she originally agreed to, Google has the right to terminate her services however they see fit. Tough cookies for her!
Oh, and she won't win! Her case doesn't hold water. That, and the burden of proof is the prosecution's prerogative.

- I think many people would agree with me that when the words "News source: Google Watch" are featured on the front page, it takes away quite a bit away from Neowin's credibility.

- Wow you guys have to read the whole story. She sounds like a complete idiot and files a lawsuit for everything. And her "bravacorp" with 500 pages in 9 languages was hosted by geocities? hahahahahahahaha

- I find it highly that google would remove someones emails like that.. she could have EASLY had a backup on her personal system... and if they did that.. and it came to light with evidence... that would be a MASSIVE problem for google...
I should also mention.. all passwords on google are hash encrypted... so they can't even open the account... not without a huge amount of effort at least....
*sigh*
who knows tho... seems VERY fishy to me >.< -

- No need to have her password when they can access content directly from the database system.

- If she clicked on her own link wouldn't she lose money? Why do they care if she clicks on her own link? I mean, if I understand it right, she has to pay Google for every time someone clicks on her ad. They get to bill her for her own stupidity. And Google makes money. Where's the problem???

- I believe she is a deliverer of Google ads... so she displays others adverts on her site... Google then pays her everytime someone clicks on her ads (on her site that is).

- @guylaroche
It's the other way around, actually. SHE makes money off the ads. She tried to make an easy money coup, and failed. So she goes with Plan B: sue, and use excuses while you can't back up your case (such as "mysterious deletion of so-called evidence"
.
Prediction: Plan B will fail, and she'll appeal it up to supreme court, and THEN sue the U.S. department of justice (if that can be done...).

- Another waste of tax money in the courtroom. And if you are in litigation, would you not have a backup copy and a paper trail of documents you plan to submit as evidence? Even if Google is responsible in some way, I doubt this case will go anywhere.

"In the dispute, Google ... entered into my separate e-mail account, removed all communications, including the contract, from my e-mail account," Bradley wrote in an e-mail. "The whole thing is very strange! I am sorry I even contacted Google AdSense." The original complaint, filed Aug. 28 in San Francisco federal district court, accuses Google of terminating Bradley's AdSense account after accusing her of making invalid clicks on the advertisements placed on her site. Google does not allow publishers to click on their own ads.
